PDF Rewrite - almost ready for crowdfunding

The new Beta version of the PDF is up. The old one is still available as an alpha, though I don’t recommend wasting your time, space, and bandwidth.

Recommendation welcome - feedback, suggestions, and even questions are at this point as good as cash.

There’s still quite a bit of editing to do, but I think we can start seriously looking at a KickStarter.
